Viswajayam helped small roadside shop owners, vegetable vendors and tricycle owners who last their lively hood due to the 2015 floods in Chennai with the support of YES (Young Entrepreneur School). Coordinated and helped a vegetable vendor get a vegetable tricycle.

We distributed 500 rehabilitation kits worth Rs. 1,600/- each consisting of Saree, Lungi, Sleeping Mat, Blankets, Bed spreads, inner garments, Bathing soap, Detergent Soap, Hair Oil, Mosquito coils, to families in Nataji Nagar, Muthamizh Nagar, Arasankazhani in Perumbakkam Village, and in areas near S.I.E.T Collage in Teynampet area.

With the support of Mylapore Club, Marina Runnerz and other NGOs, Viswajayam Foundation coordinated the packing and distribution of 15,000 food packets & ONE lakh water sachets (250 ml each) through various NGOs and other flood relief volunteers.
